INFORM Victoria has been developed by the group known as SWAIDS (Social Workers in AIDS) representing various Victorian HIV/AIDS agencies:
- The Alfred Hospital,
- Department of Human Services,
- Haemophilia Foundation Victoria and
- the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
Our vision is that people living with HIV can inform themselves about services which are available to assist them.
Our particular thanks to Roche for their support and to Cathie Smith, Melbourne Univeristy Social Work student, for the preparation work.
The Committee overseeing INFORM consisted of Leonie Mudge (Haemophilia Foundation Victoria), Suzanne O’Callaghan (Access Information Centre at The Alfred), Penelope Vye (Social Work Team Leader, The Alfred Hospital Infectious Diseases Unit), Mark Waters (Department of Human Services) and Steven O’Connor (Royal Melbourne Hospital).
